I offer a compassionate, collaborative space for individuals to explore their emotions, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with their inner strength.

What I value most about therapy is helping people feel understood. Growing up, I did not have the language or understanding for mental health, which makes it really meaningful to now help others make sense of their experiences and find support. I believe genuine connection is essential to healing, and I focus on building trust through compassion and consistency while honoring your pace and direction.

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem struggles, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is relational, person-centered, and strength-based. Using a narrative lens, I help clients make sense of their stories while identifying resilience and unique outcomes that highlight their strengths. I also integrate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills to provide practical tools that support both mind and body. Together, we will build self-awareness, self-compassion, coping skills, and meaningful goals at a pace that feels right for you. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and never alone in what you are carrying.

I am especially passionate about supporting teen girls and women whose emotional challenges are connected to past experiences that felt confusing, painful, or unsafe. Anxiety, self-doubt, and the effects of trauma can feel overwhelming and isolating. I know how deeply trauma can shape the way we see ourselves and the world, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater safety, self-compassion, and healing.

If you are interested in starting therapy together and would like to see if we might be a good fit, I would love to connect with you.

A Little About Me
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas State University and my Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. My experience includes working in private practice and school settings, where I have supported children and teens in crisis as well as adults navigating the impact of unhealed trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy dancing, running, practicing yoga, and spending time with my dog, Bean!
