I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—but it’s also a powerful act of self-care. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or burnout, stuck in painful patterns, working through relationship struggles, or simply trying to make sense of life’s transitions, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, make sense of your experiences, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents, helping to navigate their unique struggles. For teens, therapy can be a critical space to process overwhelming emotions, identity questions, and social or academic stress. I help adolescents develop skils, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence as they begin to step into the person they want to become. For adults and couples, I offer support in navigating a wide range of challenges—including anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, burnout, unhealed trauma, and relationship issues—focusing on care, collaboration, and respect for your unique experience.
My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection. I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspective, helping clients identify patterns of thought and behavior that may be holding them back and building practical tools for change. I also draw from attachment-based and trauma-informed frameworks to support deeper exploration and emotional growth- and for my couples, I often pull from my Gottman training.
In our work together, you can expect a safe space grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and empathy—with room for both deep exploration and the occasional moment of humor. I believe that therapy should meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you grow into where you want to be. Regardless of your past or your starting point, I truly believe in your capacity to heal and create lasting change.
A little about me: I’m originally from Dallas and earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas, followed by my master’s in counseling from St. Edward’s University. I now live in Austin, where I’m drawn to the vibrant outdoors, diverse culture, and live music scene. In my free time you can find me paddle boarding, gardening, listening to audiobooks, and hanging out with my friends and/or very large (and very loved) dog.
If you’re ready to start this journey—or even just curious—I’d be honored to connect.
