I believe that our emotional well-being is deeply shaped by our relationships, attachment patterns, and the ways we experience and respond to stress in both mind and body.

I take a collaborative, grounded, and compassionate approach to therapy, supporting clients as they gain insight into patterns that may be keeping them stuck and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in working with couples who are feeling disconnected, stuck in repetitive conflict cycles, or struggling to communicate in ways that feel safe and effective. My work with couples is grounded in attachment-based therapy and informed by Emotionally Focused and Gottman-based approaches, with a focus on helping partners rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and deepen emotional connection.

Alongside couples work, I also support adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My individual work is primarily somatic and trauma-informed, integrating EMDR-informed approaches, including mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and brainspotting, along with body-based awareness to support emotional regulation, healing, and a greater sense of stability and clarity.

I also work with families and parents seeking to better understand relational dynamics, improve communication, and support healthier connections within the home. My approach is systems-based, meaning I focus not only on symptoms, but on the relational patterns that influence how individuals and relationships function over time.

My clinical work is informed by advanced training in family systems and neuroscience-based approaches to mental health, as well as international experience in coaching and wellness work focused on personal growth and life transitions.

I hold a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Mercy University, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I also serve as an Adjunct Psychology Professor at Concordia University.

My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and move toward more secure, connected, and fulfilling relationships with others and with themselves.
